These Terms and Conditions apply to Harper Business Solutions®, Inc. (“HBS”) and its digital platforms, including but not limited to the Reaching Beyond Numbers® Academy (the “Academy”). The Academy is an online educational platform that provides access to courses, programs, toolkits, publications, digital resources, merchandise, and related educational materials through user accounts and enrollment-based access.

Copyright, Trademark, and Restrictions of Use

This platform contains material owned by or licensed to Harper Business Solutions®, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, design, layout, branding, trademarks, logos, written content, video content, graphics, and educational materials. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

Use License – Educational Content & Products

Permission is granted to access and use purchased or enrolled content for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes courses, video lessons, toolkits, worksheets, templates, publications, and related materials.

This license is non-transferable and revocable. Under this license, you may not:

Refund Policy & Access Terms

All purchases and enrollments are final. Due to the digital nature of content and immediate access, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided. Access terms vary by program and are disclosed at purchase. HBS reserves the right to modify or discontinue content at any time.

Community Standards & Conduct

Some programs may include community interaction. Respectful, professional conduct is required. Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. HBS reserves the right to remove participants or content without refund.
