About the Academy
Reaching Beyond Numbers® Academy is the educational and digital learning extension of Harper Business Solutions® (HBS) — a full-service accounting, tax, and advisory firm committed to helping individuals and organizations reach beyond numbers to purpose, sustainability, and impact.
The Academy was created to expand that mission by providing a space for education, empowerment, and elevation. Through online courses, toolkits, and a supportive learning community, RBN Academy helps business owners and individuals strengthen financial literacy, implement sound business management practices, and build legacies with integrity.

Founded by Harper Business Solutions®, under the leadership of Myranda J. Harper-Penn®, the Academy reflects over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, and business advisory.
What began as a professional firm dedicated to "Reaching Beyond Numbers®" evolved into an educational ecosystem — a place where knowledge meets purpose and learning transforms into lasting impact.
RBN Academy was born out of a vision to equip others with the tools, understanding, and confidence to manage their businesses and finances with excellence, transparency, and accountability.
